The Channel Controller doesn't select the correct receiver channel. (When I watch with a video monitor I see some of the digits are wrong.) Also, the receiver seems to work fine with a remote.

 

Unplug the receiver and remove the Smart Card. After a few moments plug the receiver back in and reinsert the Smart Card (cleaning the Smart Card contacts couldn't hurt). In many cases this will fix the problem.

If you are using a older receiver its possible that the Channel Controller is overrunning the receiver. Try turning on the Slow Receiver Compensation.
