Try pressing the [VIEW] button. If
the Channel Controller displays a single digit, your Channel Controller
has been programmed for a multi-receiver installation. Just press that
digit on the remote while it is on display and the channel controller
will go back to behaving normally. Every time a Channel Controller that
has an address programmed into it is either powered up or reset (by
going into and out of programming mode) it will come up in a deselected
state, i.e. it will not respond to any command except for [INFO]
and [VIEW]. If they didn't, after a
power failure all the Channel Controllers would be active simultaneously.
